@Ask_Spectrum Can Time Warner Cable come back. For the love of GOD. Never heard of issues with there service in WNY when they were around. Can @Verizon or @Xfinity PLEASE come to Buffalo and cover the whole area. PLEASE.

At least if the government steals money from you, breaks your ****, wastes your time, there is some kind recourse. @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum has no accountability. There is no recourse. They **** you over, say “whoops!” And then leave it to you to fix.

@Ask_Spectrum No, my daughter got help. Her service was disconnected (she lives in a weird apartment building that has an office and 2 res. units) and somehow hers got shutoff by another tenant who moved. Cust serv helped but In the mean time, she used all our @Verizon data! Thanks though!

@GetSpectrum @AskSpectrum Spectrum has quickly become one of the worst companies in the U.S. Registered to transfer services weeks ago - STILL isn’t active. The next tech appt to resolve this is A WEEK away & was treated like a 2nd class peasant when requesting an earlier appt.

@GetSpectrum disconnected my daughters internet at her apt. After 2 hrs on the phone today she got reconnected and they gave a deal on her service since it was their mess up, BUT, since her wifi was out, all our @Verizon data is gone. I'm not paying for unlimited but 2 wks left🤬
